As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the capacities of healthcare personnel and enhance the quality of services provided, Alzahraa Medical Center conducted an awareness training on Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and related services within the framework of the LPSP / Mini-LPSP.
The training focused on strengthening staff competencies in delivering health awareness in a safe, confidential, and non-stigmatizing manner. It also emphasized the importance of appropriate referrals, data protection, and respecting the privacy and dignity of beneficiaries.
This initiative reflects the Alawite Islamic Charity Association’s (AICA) continued commitment to developing the capacities of its teams and improving the quality of health and humanitarian services provided to the community.
