Call for Tender – Car Rental Services Organization: Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA) Reference No.: AICA/ITB/2026/CR/ECHO-HIP/001 Project: ECHO HIP Project Location: Tripoli / North Lebanon Type of Call: Invitation to Bid Deadline for Submission: 17 August 2026 at 12:00 PM Beirut Time The Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA) invites qualified and interested service providers to submit bids for the provision of Car Rental Services under the ECHO HIP Project for a period of twelve (12) months. AICA requires the rental of a compact SUV / crossover SUV, model year 2024 or higher, to support project implementation, staff transportation, field visits, coordination visits, and other project-related movements. No specific brand is required or preferred. Each bidder may propose one, two, or up to three vehicles. AICA may evaluate each proposed vehicle separately and select one vehicle based on technical compliance, service conditions, and financial value. Interested bidders must submit their offers exclusively through the official AICA Odoo Portal. The technical offer and financial offer must be uploaded separately as ZIP files. The technical ZIP must not be password protected, while the financial ZIP must be password protected. The password for the financial offer shall only be provided upon official request from AICA after completion of the technical evaluation. Tender documents include the Invitation to Bid and the required annexes, including the Technical Specifications & Compliance Form, Financial Offer Form, Supplier Registration / Information Form, Confirmation of Payment Terms, Non-Blacklist / Non-Prohibited Party Declaration, Conflict of Interest Declaration, and Compliance with AICA Policies Declaration. No physical submissions or email submissions will be accepted. Late submissions or submissions through unauthorized channels may be rejected.
